Omni-channel OMS Order Center
Omni-channel OMS Order Center · Scenario
Challenge
GOELIA is a well-known Chinese fashion womenswear brand operating over a dozen storefronts across Tmall, JD, VIP, Douyin and RED, plus offline stores — tens of thousands of orders per day and over a million during peak events. The legacy order and inventory setup could no longer support this scale.
orders siloed across platform back-offices, manual export and split/merge causing missed and wrong shipments.
each channel kept its own stock with no global view, leading to frequent oversells and stockouts during peaks.
shipments and returns ran on separate systems — slow refunds, messy return inbound, high complaint rates.
no smart sourcing or multi-warehouse routing, so shipments backed up badly during peak surges.
Solution
We deployed the OMS omni-channel order hub as a unified order and stock brain — connecting every marketplace, the owned mall and store POS into one closed loop covering both forward and reverse flows.
real-time intake from 10+ platforms and stores into one pipeline, ending manual export.
auto split/merge by consignee, warehouse and SLA for higher throughput and accuracy.
global multi-warehouse visibility with virtual allocation to eliminate oversells.
e-commerce, store and 3PL warehouses orchestrated to pick the optimal ship-from node.
shipments and returns/refunds handled in one closed loop.
Results
After launch, order processing moved from scattered manual work to centralized automation, and the fulfillment chain accelerated across the board.
, with stable throughput during peaks and no more backlogs.
for order processing, split/merge and export.
, with healthier stock turnover across warehouses.
with much shorter return/refund cycles.
